Beeston Hill’s weight floor features plate-loaded Hammer Strength performance training equipment and free weights, and the Cardio Studio has treadmills, stair climbers, bikes, rowing machines and more to get your heart racing. The fitness center offers heavy ropes, a copper-ionized 25-meter heated pool, steam room and stretching areas plus a variety of group fitness classes including RealRyder 360 Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camps, Aqua Fitness and more. One-on-one and small group training with certified personal trainers is also available by appointment.

Gym Hours:

Monday- Friday 5 AM – 9 PM, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 7 AM – 2 PM.
Closed weekdays from 12 PM – 1 PM for cleaning.
Closed most major holidays


All new full members get a BMI assessment and orientation with one of our Certified Personal Trainers as well as an optional spinal nerve scan by Chiropractor Dr. Anthony. Full contract members are also entitled to a free one-month freeze each year, and memberships include all Basic group fitness classes. Premium and Platinum classes are an additional fee and most may be purchased by the class, class pack or month.

  • BONUS: Refer a new patient to the Beeston Hill Health and Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Clinic and receive a free month gym membership. (Non-Members may also receive a free month membership for any new patient referred*. There is no limit on the number of referrals allowed.)

*The referred patient must complete the initial evaluation in order to earn the free month credit.

  • Full contract gym members receive a free BMI assessment and fitness consultation a Certified Personal Trainer to see where you stand – and how far you need to go to get back to a healthier you!
  • Suffering from headaches, back, neck, shoulder or other pain, or sleeplessness due to pain? New members are entitled to a free Spinal Nerve Scan with Dr. Anthony to see what your body needs to function better!
  • Personal training is open to all members, and if you buy any personal training package you get one free month of gym membership dues

Beeston Hill offers classes daily for all fitness levels.
BASIC classes are included in all memberships. Most classes are an additional fee:

Vinyasa/Flow: A power-yoga-inspired fusion class focusing on toning & flexibility.

Nia: Focus on balance, strengthening, and core body movements. Scalable for all fitness and age levels.

Pilates/Poolates: Strengthen within, lengthen and increase flexibility and mobility. Mind-over-body modified exercise. Poolates combines Pilate’s movements in a water workout. All levels welcome.

POUND Fitness: A stress reducing cardio & toning workout using weighted drumsticks and invigorating music to drum your way to fitness.

PUMP: A strength and toning class using weighted bars and hand weights; the ideal workout for getting lean, toned & fit – fast.

Sexy SoKh®, SoKh®Sampler: These classes are conducted barefoot and focus on toning, stretching and core in a sexy, fun way. Dance, jump, and laugh to the hot rhythms of Caribbean music to get a great workout, relieve stress and prevent aging – AND tone & strengthen all muscular groups in 1 hour!

Sr. Hit Fit: Designed for the senior population who are on the move but may have physical limitations. Focuses on range of motion, balance, fluid movement, strength, and fun. Doctor’s release may be required.

Swim Classes: Coach Kie teaches all levels from infant to adult. Individual members-only clinics and private lessons by appointment. Youth sessions require month-long commitment. Invest in water safety for health and fitness! Additional fee and registration required.

Water Aerobics/Aqua Zumba®: Get in the pool for your cardiovascular and strength workout in a non-weight-bearing, low/no-impact setting. All ages and levels welcome for this fun and strengthening water series with great music and rhythms!

Yoga: Enrich your mind, body, and soul and improve flexibility, strength, and muscle tone. Studies have confirmed the many mental and physical benefits of yoga. Incorporating it into your routine can help enhance your health, increase strength and flexibility and reduce symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety.

Boxing: Coach Eric Thompson brings his USVI Olympic Boxing Team skills to youth and adults with Boxing Tuesday & Thursday afternoons from 5:30-6:30 p.m. This class is not only physically challenging, but teaches proper form, technique, discipline, and strength to students ages 16 and up. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): BJJ is a grappling martial art involving the use of throws, take-downs, and ground control positions leading to chokes and joint locks, utilizing principles of leverage to allow a smaller, weaker person to subdue a larger, more powerful opponent. Adult and youth classes build strength, control and discipline. Additional fee, schedules vary.

RealRyder™ Indoor Cycling: RealRyder® Bikes are revolutionizing the world of indoor cycling with a bike that tilts, leans and turns. This allows riders to engage more muscles than on a traditional indoor bike, work the core more than on a regular indoor bike and burn more calories. Fun, fast paced class is ideal for all fitness levels, whether are a first-time cyclist or a triathlete. RealRyder® works the body in 360 degrees of motion for a total body workout. $10 Members/ $15 Non-Members. Call for packages & corporate classes!

Taekwondo: King Cobra TKD is a classic martial art known for its emphasis on high kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and hand strike techniques. TKD develops concentration, self-discipline, and confidence in young students through strict physical and mental training in the 5 rules of taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. Additional fee, schedules vary.

Personal and Small-Group Individualized Training:

Get the benefits of one-on-one personal training with a Certified Personal Trainer at a fraction of the cost. Certified Personal Trainers work with small groups in the privacy of the classroom, offering the individualized benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. Registration and additional fee required.

Senior Instructor: Roberta Etienne

Roberta Etienne has been in the industry for almost 20 years and is a lifelong fitness enthusiast. She is a NASM/AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified RealRyder Indoor Cycling Instructor, and a licensed Zumba instructor. Roberta is licensed in Zumba, Zumba Toning, Strong by Zumba, Zumba Aqua, Zumba Kids+ Kids Jr., Zumba Gold, Plate by Zumba (a nutritional program) and Zumba Step 1 and 2 and is also First Aid/CPR/AED certified. Roberta brings her passion for fitness and love of wellness and movement from a mind, body and soul perspective. Roberta’s motto: “At the end of each day, our greatest wealth is health!”
